"I was with David Chong's office since 1987. I was happy for his retirement but questioned what was next for us with State Farm. I stayed on with the office because of my relationship with Maureen, who I had worked with for years. Then one day I called only to learn that she was no longer there. I was devastated and very skeptical of what was our future with State Farm as those were some very big shoes to fill with both David and Maureen now gone. I have to say Eddie Cabral and his staff have not only filled those shoes but exceeded my expectations. I have been working closely with Melissa and she is nothing short of amazing. I love that whenever you call the office someone always answers the phone, no automated system. Melissa goes above and beyond with her customer service. If she does not have an answer she will always go to lengths to find out what is best for the customer and always follow through as she says she will. Her dedication to the customer is 100%. Whenever I call she takes the time to resolve my question as if I'm the priority no matter what else she has going on. I can count on her at a moments notice. When my son was purchasing his leased car and taking it out of state we were in a bind needing to get out of state insurance to finalize the sale. The entire office staff worked as a team to make it happen at that moment to facilitate the transaction. They meet the State Farm slogan, "Like a good neighbor, State Farm is there!""

Not your typical agent for sure. He will always be there for you if there’s any issues and get it resolved.
